kKatrina P. Campau has developed a way to get business people to
work on their business…not in it. Clients are taught to realign their
actions with their intentions and to develop behaviors that produce
patterns of productivity that produce consistent outcomes.

Specializes in the niche area of optimizing internal operations, Campau
understands the importance of doing things in the right order. She has
designed her processes to be completely focused on making the
environment of the business one where people want to be. Clients
learn how to leverage existing resources to handle the business they
currently have while preparing for additional business without
experiencing growing pains.

Entrepreneurship and business has been an interest of Campau's from a young age. Originally
from Capac, MI, she always had an interest in business and how people worked together. Upon
choosing to attend Northwood University, she quickly came to realize the potential that existed
in going into business for herself. At Northwood, she was active in student senate and was
elected the Student Senate President during her junior year. She was committed to sharing the
Northwood Idea with those considering which college to attend through her participation in the
Ambassadors Club. Graduating with honors, Katrina was awarded the Town and Campus Award,
given to the graduating senior for their continuous efforts in philanthropic endeavors as well as
the Wall Street Journal Award recognizing her achievement and understanding of the power of
business on local and global economies. In four years, she graduated with a triple major in
International Business, Management and Advertising.
